Russell Henley, Denny McCarthy, Sepp Straka, and Nick Taylor Added to Field

Purse Increased to $7.4 Million

The field list for the upcoming John Deere Classic is not final until Friday, June 28th at 5 PM. However, several notable names have already been added to the field, including Russell Henley, Denny McCarthy, Sepp Straka, and RBC Canadian Open winner Nick Taylor.

The purse for the tournament has also been increased to $7.4 million, making it one of the richest events on the PGA TOUR schedule. This is sure to attract even more top players to the field.

Straka is the defending champion at the John Deere Classic. He shot a blistering 62 in the final round last year to win by one stroke. Henley, McCarthy, and Taylor are all former PGA TOUR winners. They will be looking to add another title to their resumes this week.
